John has earned his Certified Piano Technician certification through Piano Technician Academy. He continues his piano technology education with the the Professional Piano Technicians Network.

Get To Know John
John is a person with plenty of interests and skills. He is a former solution architect and developer focused on software automation in the forex exchange industry. For the past few years, he has been improving his functional fitness with goals to participate in Hyrox competitions, Spartan races, and DEKA challenges. He is a breaker and aims to revive his old school power moves with his improving physical fitness. In honor of his late uncle, he donates platelets at least once a month. He is a husband to the most awesome wife and father to the three very talented and coolest daughters. Pianos should be tuned at least once a year as time, wear & tear, and large humidity changes can affect their tuning. If a piano is frequently used, in an area with direct sunlight, or experiences frequent swings in temperature and humidity, we suggest tuning twice a year.
